These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arc Launcher application ("the App") provided by Imautotech ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Arc Launcher is an Android home-screen launcher. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it on your devices. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it unlawfully.
2. Account
An optional account (for the theme marketplace and sync) can be created and deleted from within the App. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Purchases (Pro)
- Arc Launcher is free to use. Pro features (ad removal, premium themes and customization) are sold as in-app purchases via Google Play Billing.
- Price is shown before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Google Play account.
- If a purchase is a subscription, it auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage it in your Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to violate the rights of others or applicable law, or to interfere with its normal operation.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imautotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
